I’m sharing today’s message from inside a model home in The Orchard subdivision, which is just south of Highway 49 in the Valley View school district. Comprising 160 acres of what used to be farmland, this development is currently in Phase I, with 20 houses standing already.
There is a model available for walk-throughs, and several other nearly complete homes to check out. Right now, the builder and developer of The Orchard are offering a back-to-school special: $5,000 in closing costs will be credited, blinds will be furnished on all of the windows, and a washer and dryer will be included, along with a refrigerator! That kind of package is virtually unheard of in new developments.
If you buy a brand-new house in The Orchard today, you’ll have all those amazing amenities and $5,000 in closing cost credit included in your contract. From what I’ve seen, I’m convinced these homes will sell quickly; they’re all fantastic one-level floor plans with three-bedroom or four-bedroom options and a minimum of two bathrooms.
