Welcome to The Orchard, Jonesboro’s newest master plan development. ‘Master plan development’ means that we’ve thought this thing through completely—for this 160-acre development, we’ve laid out the sidewalks, parks, green spaces, landscaping, etc, so that it all comes together cohesively. We sat down with some of the greatest minds in the development industry here in Jonesboro and laid out the plans to bring our community the types of homes and amenities that you’d see in places like Nashville, Dallas, and Orlando.
To help put The Orchard in perspective, we have over five miles of sidewalks planned. If you live there, you and your family will be able to step out of your front door and comfortably walk through the neighborhood on a nice, wide path.
Many have asked us why we named it The Orchard when, while driving by, they didn’t notice any trees. That goes back to our master plan for the community: Over 600 trees will be planted over The Orchard’s 160 acres, and over the next few years, we plan to fully rework the landscape to reflect our vision for the community.
