This time of year is a blast. Things are cooling off and football season is gearing up, but a lot of people are wondering: What about the real estate market?

Now that summer is gone, what does the fourth quarter of the real estate market look like? For us, this is normally our biggest quarter.

People normally don’t move just because the sun is out and the grass is green.

People move because of life changes, and these things happen all year long. The beautiful thing about October, November, and December is that buyers during this time of year are serious.

This makes it an exciting time to be on the market since there is usually less competition on the market.

Overall, the numbers show that sellers get a higher list-to-sale price now than they do during the spring.
