Let’s imagine that I’m sitting at your dining room table, discussing selling your home, and we decide on a price to list the home on the market. What happens next?

First, you’ll need to complete some paperwork. We always use an Arkansas Real Estate Association contract, which is a standard form that you’ll need to initial and sign.

Then, we’ll install a lockbox on the front door. Our lockboxes are safe and secure, and the only agents who have access to them have been through an FBI background check and pay dues to the Arkansas Real Estate Association every year, so rest assured.

We try to make the process as convenient as possible.

We’ll also schedule a time for our photographer to come out and take pictures of your home. We typically do this about a week away from listing the home on the market officially.

We try to make the process as convenient as possible for our clients. If you have any more questions about the process of selling your home or about anything else related to real estate, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
