That being said, our team has two open positions that we’re looking to fill.
The first position is a part-time sign runner. We need someone who can put our sold signs, pending signs, and new signs up in front of all our new listings and then pick them up once we’re done with them. These signs need to be changed and updated on a daily basis, so we’re looking for someone with dependable transportation who knows the area and hustles day in and day out.

This job entails handling sale contracts from start to finish. Our closing coordinators don’t list or sell properties—they’re 100% focused on babysitting every contract we have and making sure that everything goes smoothly. They update the buyer, seller, and everyone else involved in each transaction throughout the process. Ideal candidates should be detailed, computer-literate, and be able to think fast and solve problems. If you’ve ever thought about getting into the real estate world but were unsure of where you’d fit, this might be the right role for you.
