Home Inspections Can Prevent Your Sale from Falling Apart
I just wanted to provide you with a quick video today to remind all of my clients in Jonesboro and Northeast Arkansas about the importance of home inspections.

Some of my clients ask me whether or not they need to have an inspection done on their homes before they list them. We go back and forth on this, but it really depends on what type of property you have.

Overall, I would highly recommend that you have a proper inspection done on your property just to avoid any issues in the closing process. I know from experience how terrible it can be to lose a deal with a buyer just because the home was not inspected. You don't want anything to come out and surprise you right before you're ready to close.

Other than protecting your sale, this will also put the buyer at ease, which is very important in getting a good offer on the home. After an inspection is done the buyer will know that you are not trying to hide any defects, and forming trust with a buyer can go a long way in making the transaction smooth and beneficial to you as a seller.

I hope that this information has been helpful to all of my clients in Northeast Arkansas and Jonesboro. If you have any questions about home inspections or if you are interested in speaking with me about buying or selling property in Northeast Arkansas, then please do not hesitate to contact me. I can also recommend some home inspectors to you if necessary.

Thank you for your time!
