 hold a handful of open houses every Sunday, people usually ask us how 
many we sell. The question is beside the point - the best part of open 
houses is the exposure they get for your home. Sure, you do get a lot of people who aren't interested in buying coming by, but it's important to remember that any exposure is good exposure. 
 We're very cautious and careful to make sure undesirable people don't enter your home. We're present to keep an eye on everything for each showing, making sure all goes according to plan. Any
 time we can get someone to walk through the house, it creates another 
sales person who could potentially go out and tell other people about
